By downloading, installing, or using GirlMath (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GirlMath is an entertainment app that generates humorous justifications for purchases. The App also performs real product price lookups. All justifications are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

GirlMath is for entertainment only. Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, or purchasing advice. We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions you make.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• GirlMath offers optional in-app purchases including monthly subscriptions and lifetime access.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Free Tier

Free users receive a limited number of justifications per day. This limit may change at our discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Abuse, harass, or harm others through use of the App
• Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code in GirlMath are owned by us. You may share screenshots generated by the App for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of price comparisons or generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
